Voting Level:  If you live or own property withing the confines of the Longbeach Village you may vote in Association matters.  The two classifications under this level are Family ($25 per year dues) and Individual ($15 per year dues).

Associate Level:  If you do not meet the criteria of the Voting Level, you may still join and particpate in all events except for voting on Association matters.  The two classifications under this level are Family ($25 per year dues) and Individual ($15 per year dues).
